Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
International Sales Executive
to generate and develop new business opportunities for our US and European clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Leverage lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo.io) to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up on leads promptly and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Research potential clients and prepare impactful sales presentations.
- Assist in drafting sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.
- Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track and report key sales metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
- Uphold a professional and positive image of the company in all interactions.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 1.5 – 3 years in international sales and marketing, preferably in the US or Europe region.
- Proven success in new business development, account management, and lead generation.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills in English.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with CRM tools (preferred).
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
