International Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for global roles across multiple regions

🔹 Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to define hiring strategies

🔹 Source, engage & attract top tech talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking & referrals

🔹 Build and maintain a strong international talent pipeline

🔹 Handle candidate assessments, negotiations & offers aligned with global compensation structures

🔹 Ensure an excellent candidate experience while driving timely closures

🔹 Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks & competitor hiring practices

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 7–12 years of proven international recruitment experience (preferably Tech / IT / SaaS)

✅ Strong exposure to hiring in Gulf, Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia & Africa

✅ Proven success in closing mid-to-senior level global tech positions

✅ Strong understanding of global hiring laws, visa processes & compliance

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
