The position of HR Executive for International Hiring is currently open in Delhi NCR. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our international recruitment endeavors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end international recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as job portals and networking. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires. To excel in this role, you must have outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, confident, and highly organized. While 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Knowledge of international hiring practices is considered a plus. Additionally, having strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively will be beneficial in this position.
