Job Description

Proven experience in
outbound sales
, with strong ability to engage, pitch, and convert prospects—experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn groups or projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive and target-driven approach.
Skilled in identifying, building, and managing candidate pipelines using both conventional and innovative sourcing strategies, while effectively representing the company to drive candidate interest.
Actively reaches out to and engages passive candidates through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn searches, and other sales-oriented engagement methods.
Possesses strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle high-volume outreach and convert leads into active applicants.
Regularly prepares and submits detailed daily/weekly performance and pipeline reports through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience in working with international markets (especially USA) is preferred; familiarity with recruiting or selling to healthcare professionals (e.g., nursing roles) will be a plus.
Provides guidance and counseling to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Experience in handling candidates with language qualifications such as IELTS/NCLEX is an added advantage.
Proficient in creating, updating, and maintaining a structured recruitment database.
Willingness to travel for recruitment events or drives when required.
A dedicated team player with strong learning agility, innovative thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Open to rotational shifts and willing to work on weekends when required.
