International Recruiter – USA Recruitment for Pune Onsite No Work From Home ( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand client requirements for IT & Non-IT roles in the USA market.

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

✅ Conduct initial screening calls to validate candidates for skills, experience, work authorization

✅ Coordinate interview schedules with client managers and candidates.

✅ Follow up post-interview and assist in offer negotiation and onboarding.

✅ Maintain and update daily candidate tracker, status reports, and pipeline updates.

✅ Build and maintain a network of candidates for recurring project requirements.

✅ Ensure 100% compliance with client-specific requirements and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years

✔️ Hands-on experience with US job portals

✔️ Strong understanding of US work authorizations and visa classifications.

✔️ Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

US time zones (EST/CST/PST)

✔️ Ability to handle multiple requirements independently and meet tight deadlines.

✔️ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
