International Recruiter

As an International Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both national and overseas positions in the education sector. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates who align with our institution's global standards, values, and mission. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement recruitment strategies for domestic and international talent acquisition in the education sector. - Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop precise job descriptions and role specifications. - Source candidates globally through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and AI-based recruitment tools. - Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments. - Coordinate the selection and offer process across geographies, ensuring timely and smooth closures. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication and guidance throughout the hiring journey. - Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information. Requirements: - 03 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to international hiring preferred. - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in using international recruitment platforms. - Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates across cultures. - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
