Role Overview Amity University, Noida is looking for a proactive and empathetic Alma Connect/Alma Shine Software Expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping users get the most out of our platform. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute alumni events, including reunions, networking events, and educational workshops. Develop and implement strategic plans to engage alumni in the life of the institution. Create compelling content for alumni communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media posts. Maintain and update alumni database, ensuring contact and biographical information is current. Collaborate with the development team to identify potential alumni donors and support fundraising efforts. Facilitate connections between alumni and current students for mentorship opportunities.
