Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the

  full recruitment lifecycle

  for roles across India and the Philippines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Drive

  end-to-end hiring in the Philippines

  , including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
• Actively source candidates through a variety of local and regional channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, JobStreet, Kalibrr, and talent communities.
• Screen and assess candidates for skill, experience, and culture fit across a range of functions, including IT, customer support, operations, and more.
• Manage job postings, interview coordination, and ATS updates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on hiring metrics, market trends, and talent availability in both India and the Philippines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote the employer brand locally.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience

  , with a strong focus on

  hiring in the Philippines

• Demonstrated success hiring across different functions and levels (technical and non-technical) in both

  Philippines and India

  .
• In-depth knowledge of local sourcing platforms and recruitment practices in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
