About The Job
The Senior Learning and Development Administrator is responsible for assisting in the planning, administration and coordination of learning and development programs, including scheduling and logistics arrangement, tracking participation and drive completion, and communications related to the programs. Managing complex data and accurate reporting is an integral part of this role. The role demands time sensitive operation with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and event coordination: Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, coordinate with instructors, and arrange logistics for various technical and mandatory training programs (in-person/virtual)
- Administrative and logistical support: Assist in preparing rosters, distributing training materials, monitoring instructor compliance, setting up training venues and sessions.
- Curriculum assignment: Assign required technical and mandatory training and learning paths to individuals or specific groups (e.g., new hires, specific target audience) based on predefined criteria as per territory.
- Record-keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant information, and attendance. Monitor and track participant progress, completion rates, and compliance with mandatory training assignments. Generate training completion reports with accuracy and roll out.
- Quality & Compliance: Follow established processes to ensure compliance with every transaction and maintain proper documentation (SOPs, process flows, etc.)
- Learner support: Provide learner assistance through emails/chats/helpdesk tickets as L1 support.
- Engage business stakeholders in communicating the processes related to L&D
- Demonstrate comfort using an array of digital tools - LMS, MS office; especially advanced Excel capability, Google Suite to drive higher value and a tech-enabled learning experience, as required
