Internal Auditor

Job Title : Internal Auditor Location : Bangalore Experience : 2–4 Years Qualification : CA / CMA Salary Range : ₹10–12 LPA Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit . The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying risk areas, and recommending corrective actions for operational and financial improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end internal audits across functions and business units. Assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and control gaps. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations. Work closely with stakeholders to implement corrective measures. Assist in risk assessments and development of audit plans. Monitor and follow up on implementation of audit findings. Maintain audit documentation in compliance with standards. Requirements Qualified CA or CMA with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of internal controls , risk management , and audit standards . Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills. Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits concurrently.
