Role Summary:

Looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage both inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and help convert inquiries into qualified leads. The role requires clear communication, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn about the products and services being offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
• Understand client needs and qualify leads accordingly
• Follow up on inquiries and engage potential customers through outbound calls
• Deliver clear and confident sales communication
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems
• Continuously update product knowledge

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales support
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
