Job Description

Position : Accounts Executive Salary : ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2 LPA Experience : 0–1 Year Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries. Handle all entries of day-to-day business transactions such as Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Purchase Orders, etc. Ensure familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems to execute tasks effectively. Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent preferred) Strong knowledge of MS Excel 0–1 year of experience in the accounting field Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (Tally/Zoho/SAP etc.) Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping Strong organizational and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
