Junior Accounts Executive

• The Accounts Department is responsible for managing and controlling the financial operations of the organization.
• As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting to safeguard the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including data entry and record keeping.
• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, bills and invoices.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work (basic level).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries.

Additional Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
