Marketing & Sales Communications Specialist

The Marketing & Sales Communications Specialist role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and assist in converting inquiries into qualified leads. You will be expected to communicate clearly, maintain a friendly attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to learn about the products and services offered. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, understanding client needs to qualify leads effectively, following up on inquiries, and engaging potential customers through outbound calls. It will be crucial to deliver clear and confident sales communication, maintain positive client relationships, keep accurate records in CRM systems, and continuously update your product knowledge. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written), possess strong communication and active listening skills, have experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales support, exhibit a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor, be familiar with basic computer operations and CRM tools, and preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.
