Internal Auditor

We are Ginteja Insurance Brokers Private Limited. Promoted by Shyam Steel Industries and Sastasundar Group, we are looking for an Internal Auditor, having experience in Financial Sector will be preffered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution: Plan and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits of insurance processes, records, and systems.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to insurance laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Risk Management: Assess the effectiveness of risk management systems, identify potential threats, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Financial Review: Verify accuracy of financial statements, premium calculations, claims processing, and transaction recording.
• Fraud Detection: Investigate discrepancies, inaccuracies, and potential fraudulent activities.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear audit reports with findings, best practices, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Advise on enhancing business processes, controls, and procedures for better efficiency, reliability, and quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with management to develop and monitor action plans, provide guidance, and support staff on compliance matters.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of evolving insurance regulations, products (underwriting, pricing), and risk trends.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of internal controls, accounting principles, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management.
• Experience with data analytics for auditing.
• CA, CA Inter are preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a significant asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
