About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Support in tracking and analyzing supply chain KPIs (lead times, stock-outs, order fulfillment, etc.)
• Help manage vendor relationships and follow up for timely deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, finance) to align on inventory planning
• Update and maintain supply chain databases, dashboards, and documentation
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in demand forecasting and planning activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal review
  

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP/Oracle/Odoo) is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
