Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening resumes. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials. Help coordinate employee training sessions and engagement activities. Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance regulations as needed. Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling interviews and filing documents. Qualifications Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
