Job Description

JD for Intern in Plant Operations - Production/Warehouse

Maintain a clean and sterile environment for dispensing, manufacturing, packaging and warehouse.
Day to day shop floor activity monitoring and ensuring 100% production and quality compliance.
Record production and test data for production batches as per BMR/BPR and share information with team members.
Set up, operate and clean manual and automatic manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Regularly check the compliance of FSSAI, cGMP and GDP as per company standards.
To assist/suggest the area in charge in the planning and execution of new projects to improve plant efficiency, quality and to minimize waste.
Time study of equipment and processes.
To assist in completing the documentation work in dispensing and manufacturing area's
Well versed with Excel and PPT and ERP.
Monitoring RM/PM inventory levels at the factory.
Material inward and outward support.

Qualification: B Pharmacy, B Tech/MSC in Food tech

Location : Gurgaon/Manesar
