Job Description

EzeRx

About the Role:

The Intern will have the opportunity to:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of India’s digital health landscape and the role of medical devices in preventive healthcare.
Support ongoing field pilots and digital platform implementation for non-invasive anemia screening and genetic disorder detection.
Build skills in program planning, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

Responsibilities :

Conduct
secondary research and data analysis
to inform strategy, proposals, and program reports.
Assist in coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings and community-level training workshops.
Support digital onboarding, dashboard tracking, and field data validation processes.
Draft technical documents, project briefs, proposals, and visually engaging presentations.
Maintain clear project documentation, develop meeting minutes (MoMs), and support day-to-day coordination between field teams, partners, and management.
Contribute to social impact communication, case studies, and donor/CSR partner updates.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the team.

Skills:

Research and data interpretation (quantitative and qualitative)
Practical understanding of digital health project workflows
Technical documentation and report writing
Presentation design and delivery
Project management coordination
Stakeholder engagement in a healthcare innovation setting

A graduate degree is required; applicants pursuing or holding a master’s degree (MBA/MPH/MHA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent) are strongly encouraged.
Basic awareness of digital health concepts and India’s healthcare ecosystem.
Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in preparing and presenting high-quality presentations.
Ability to handle group and individual tasks with self-discipline and motivation.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

Work Location:
Kolkata or Bhubaneswar
Duration:
3 months, full-time internship.
