Project Planning & Execution: - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial and high-end home interiors. - Monitor progress against milestones, ensuring on-time completion within allocated resources. 2. Site Supervision & Quality Control: - Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and material quality. - Resolve on-ground issues (e.g., design conflicts, contractor delays) proactively. 3. Stakeholder Coordination: - Liaise with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors. - Facilitate client meetings for updates, approvals, and feedback. 4. Vendor & Resource Management: - Procure materials, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. - Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising on luxury standards. 5. Documentation & Compliance: - Maintain project records (e.g., BOQs, invoices, change orders) and ensure statutory compliance. - Implement risk mitigation strategies for delays, budget overruns, or design alterations. 6. Handover & Closure: - Oversee final installations, snagging, and quality audits. - Ensure seamless project handover with client sign-offs. Preferred candidate profile - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management. - **Experience:** - Minimum 5 years in **interior project management**, specifically in **commercial offices, corporate spaces, and high-end homes**. - Proven track record of managing projects worth 50 lakhs+ (residential) / 2 crores+ (commercial). - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and project management software. - In-depth knowledge of premium materials, finishes, MEP systems, and FF&E. Soft Skills - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication (English, Hindi, Telugu) and client-facing skills.
