Role & responsibilities

To handle end to end fit out interior projects.
Requirement gathering ,space planning, layout finalisation ,shortlisting of designers vendors ,execution of works finalisation ,bill certification
Worked on snag rectification ,coordination with building management and MEP services
Eye for detailing and perfection quality output oriented
Deep understanding about finishes in interior works
Hands on experience in project execution coordination with relevant agencies
Involved in projects ,project monitoring ,layout finalisation for sitting capacity ,planning must have worked for interior projects with high quality finishes ,time management, cost management communication negotiation

Preferred candidate profile

Architect by qualification having experience in handling fit out infra projects,

Modification projects Interior projects for commercial establishments Corporate Sr. management floor development
