Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or small-scale factory environment. • Strong understanding of general ledger, bookkeeping, and AP/AR processes. • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel. • Basic knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
