* Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential (bungalow/villa) interior projects
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams
* Ensure quality control, material management, and adherence to timelines
* Read and execute from drawings and BOQs
* Manage labor, monitor progress, and maintain site reports
* B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
* 4-5 years of experience in site execution for interior and civil projects
* Proven experience in handling high-end residential projects (bungalows, villas)
* Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site coordination
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
