Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers for smooth site operations.
• Monitor and maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site execution experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

• Architectural experience or academic background in architecture is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with green building practices or modern construction technologies is a plus.
