Key Responsibilities: Identify and procure quality leads through online and offline channels (social media, networking, referrals, events, etc.). Conduct outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and explain our services. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and ensuring relevance. Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and our design team. Maintain and update lead records in the CRM for effective follow-ups. Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth handover of prospects. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in making calls and building rapport with clients. Ability to generate leads independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of interiors or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
