Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project overview, project coordination during the project cycle, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and execution teams to support, coordinate end-to-end project delivery
Maintain documentation, reports, and data relevant to ongoing projects and business performance
Participate in internal meetings and reviews to provide updates on project and operational progress

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

MBA in Business Operations / Project Management OR
Graduate with relevant professional experience

Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience in business operations, project coordination or client servicing
Fresh MBA graduates or intern with relevant experience may also be considered

Industry Preference:

Prior experience in the corporate interiors, architecture, or design & build industry is preferred

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Well-groomed and confident in client-facing environments
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
