Role Overview

Interior Styling Executive

You will support styling briefs, build aesthetic narratives, source décor and materials, create visual plans, and ensure end-to-end project delivery with high standard of detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute styling concepts, design directions, and mood-based visual storylines.
• Create and refine mood boards, layout plans, and presentation decks.
• Support 2D layouts and 3D visualization using relevant design tools.
• Source décor pieces, furniture, accessories, materials, textiles, finishes, lighting, and props aligned with styling direction.
• Conduct vendor visits, collect samples, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement.
• Participate in client discussions, presentations, and styling mockups.
• Prepare BOQs, sourcing lists, documentation, sample kits, and execution files.
• Oversee site execution including setup, coordination with vendors, installation, and finishing touches.
• Travel for sourcing, vendor coordination, project visits, and on-ground styling.

Requirements

• Graduate in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, or relevant creative discipline.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent.
• Strong aesthetic sense, styling understanding, and material knowledge.
• Ability to manage sourcing logistics, vendor communication, and site execution.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multi-tasking responsibilities.
• Willing to travel for sourcing and execution as needed.
