Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior fit-out and finishing works. The role ensures that all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline. The supervisor coordinates between contractors, vendors, and the project management team to deliver high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and other finishing works.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within schedule and quality parameters.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure workmanship and material quality meet company standards.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Attend regular site meetings to discuss progress, issues, and action plans.
• Communicate project updates and challenges effectively to management.

3. Quality & Safety

• Implement and follow QA/QC procedures for all site works.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure workers use PPE and safety gear.
• Identify and rectify defects, reworks, and non-compliances promptly.
• Conduct inspections with clients/consultants for handover readiness.

4. Material & Resource Management

• Manage receipt, verification, and storage of materials on site.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of material consumption, wastage, and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value finishes and fragile materials.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and site diaries.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress updates and photographic documentation.
• Support billing teams in measurement verification and work completion records.
• Keep updated records of changes, approvals, and drawings issued for construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in

  Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

  (preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in

  interior fit-out / finishing works supervision

  .
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
