Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Execution (Residential Projects)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5-8 years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, or Diploma in Civil/Interior Design
Reporting To: Head – Projects / Director

Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage Residential interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves planning, execution, team and vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of interior projects on site
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor project timelines and budgets
  • Supervise site teams and ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Approve drawings, materials, and work as per design
  • Handle multiple sites and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Review and approve contractor/vendor bills
  • Resolve site issues and ensure client satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities: -

Your duties may include:

1. Experience in Project Management : Act as the primary point of contact between the interior design firm and the client. Understand the client's needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and ensure clear communication throughout the project.

2. Project Reporting : Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope of work, project timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

3. Team Coordination: Based on the instructions of Principal Architect assigning Tasks to the Design Team; take follow-ups for the tasks assigned. Manage a team of interior designers, architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and facilitate collaboration to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

4. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently to optimize project performance and meet project deadlines.

6. Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used in the project to ensure they meet the client's expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Proactively address issues as they arise to minimize disruptions to the project timeline and budget.

8. Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders. Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan.

10. Client Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality design solutions that align with their vision and objectives. Solicit feedback from clients throughout the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Interior's Residential Projects , expediting management, and inspection
  • Excellent Project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Logistics management skills and experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Excel
