Were looking for a motivated, organized person to join our team as a Project Manager in our interior execution wing. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day progress of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to plan. Track and Document Progress: Maintain detailed records of project activities, materials, site reports, and any changes or issues that arise. Handle Contractor Coordination: Communicate regularly with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Material and Stock Management: Keep track of materials, samples, and products, ensuring everything is available when needed and is tagged properly. Site Visits and Quality Checks: Visit project sites frequently to monitor progress, check quality, and ensure design vision is followed. Sampling and Prototyping: Work with vendors to create colour and finish samples, prototypes, and mock-ups. An eye for colour, finishes, and design details will be a big advantage for anyone applying. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to scheduling, materials, design discrepancies, or site challenges. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including work orders, change orders, progress reports, and schedules. Timeline and Budget Management: Respect project deadlines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed without compromising quality. Manage Interior Construction Phases: Oversee different stages of construction, from groundwork to finishing, ensuring each phase aligns with the design vision. Coordinate with Design Team: Work closely with designers and architects to ensure the execution matches the concept and resolves any on-site issues. Use of Project Management Tools: Track tasks, deadlines, and progress using tools like Oodo, Microsoft Projrcts, Aasna, or other software. Proactive Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates, meetings, and reports. Take Responsibility: Own your tasks and be proactive in suggesting improvements or solutions to keep projects on track. Who We’re Looking For: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in interior or construction work. Someone with a background in architecture or civil engineering is a big plus, but it’s not mandatory. No fancy degrees needed if you have brilliant problem-solving and project management skills, and drive. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working in English and Hindi. Organized, disciplined, and respectful of deadlines.
