Job description

Integration Consultant is a consultant position in the Integrations department. This person will work as a specialist on BirchStreet Integration interfaces. He would assist in getting the interfaces setup for the customers as per implementation project requirements and would also help in troubleshooting Production interface issues as reported by Customer or L2 Support. The focus of the individual will also be on getting new Interfaces developed as per customer’s needs.

Main KRAs of this resource would be:

1.    Gather Interface requirements from customers.

2.    Create quick proof of concept for new interfaces.

3.    Create the design (FRD) and use cases for the development of new interfaces.

4.    Would be responsible for troubleshooting and handle day-to-day production interface issues.

5.    Documentation of each ticket handled to ensure all the information is captured from an audit perspective.

6.    Get the Interface developed and do UAT testing with customer and implementation PM

7.    Suggest workarounds when necessary.

8.    Upskill self and the team constantly on newer technologies and processes.

9.    Meet internally to discuss product necessities and be able to use that with a goal in hand.

10.  Achieving the desired target of process SLA’s as well as personal KPI’s.

11.  Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements:

1.    BCA/MCA/B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Comp) or Graduate with database/programming certifications from DOAECC/similar recognized institutions.

2.    2 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing role and technical support (L1/L2) to international clients.

3.    Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

4.    Good understanding and experience on Restful API, SOAP API

5.    Good understanding and experience on Oracle RDBMS – SQL/PLSQL.

6.    Good understanding and experience on JIRA, Confluence tools.

7.    Basic understanding understanding of Object-Oriented Principles and Java concepts.

8.    Excellent troubleshooting skills

9.    SQL knowledge – Simple select DB queries

10.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word.
