Application Support Specialist at BirchStreet Systems will have the following responsibilities:
Would be responsible for handling daily incoming volumes from across the world through emails & chat.
Troubleshooting of issues on a real-time basis.
Documentation of each ticket handled to ensure all the information is captured from an audit perspective.
Achieve the desired target of process SLAs as well as personal KPIs.
Escalations to level 2/development/integration teams with well-documented details.
Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions, and meetings as required.
The following are the minimum qualifications/skills required for an Application Support position: Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Graduated in B.tech/B.E/BCA.
2 to 3 years of experience in technical support (L1/L2) to International clients. (Mandatory)
Excellent troubleshooting skills
SQL knowledge – Simple select DB queries
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word.
Exposure to support of business applications in any of the following domains is a plus – Procurement/CRM/Hospitality
