Description

Application Support Specialist at BirchStreet Systems will have the following responsibilities:

 Would be responsible for handling daily incoming volumes from across the world through emails & chat.

 Troubleshooting of issues on a real-time basis.

 Documentation of each ticket handled to ensure all the information is captured from an audit perspective.

 Achieve the desired target of process SLAs as well as personal KPIs.

 Escalations to level 2/development/integration teams with well-documented details.

 Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions, and meetings as required.

Skills/Qualifications

The following are the minimum qualifications/skills required for an Application Support position:  Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Graduated in B.tech/B.E/BCA.

 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support (L1/L2) to International clients. (Mandatory)

 Excellent troubleshooting skills

 SQL knowledge – Simple select DB queries

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word.

 Exposure to support of business applications in any of the following domains is a plus – Procurement/CRM/Hospitality
