Responsibilities:


Application Support Specialist at GDI will have the following responsibilities:


  • Would be responsible for handling daily incoming volumes from across the world through emails & chat.
  • Troubleshooting of issues on a real-time basis.
  • Documentation of each ticket handled to ensure all the information is captured from an audit perspective.
  • Achieve the desired target of process SLAs as well as personal KPIs.
  • Escalations to level 2/development/integration teams with well-documented details.
  • Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions, and meetings as required.
