Application Support Specialist at BSS will have the following responsibilities:
• Would be responsible for handling daily incoming volumes from across the world through emails & chat.
• Troubleshooting of issues on a real-time basis.
• Documentation of each ticket handled to ensure all the information is captured from an audit perspective.
• Achieve the desired target of process SLAs as well as personal KPIs.
• Escalations to level 2/development/integration teams with well-documented details.
• Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions, and meetings as required.
The following are the minimum qualifications/skills required for an Application Support position:
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Turkish language proficiency is a must
• Any Graduate with database/programming certifications from DOAECC/similar recognized institutions.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support (L1/L2) to International clients. (Mandatory)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• SQL knowledge Simple select DB queries
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word.
• Exposure to support of business applications in any of the following domains is a plus – Procurement/CRM/Hospitality
