Job Title: Insurance Sales Officer Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Health Insurance Sales Executive to drive the needs of clients by offering tailored Health Insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client coverage needs, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Conduct the scheduled meetings or consultations with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs. Sales & Advisory: Recommend suitable insurance plans based on the client’s needs, financial situation, and lifestyle. Provide clear and accurate information about policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, and premiums. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and updates. Handle renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of additional products or riders. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies, including proper documentation and recordkeeping. Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure timely submission of documents. Reporting & Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the sales manager. Required Qualifications: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, should be an added advantage!
