Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
• Drive field sales and achieve business targets.
• Monitor agent performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales stream.
• Proven experience in field sales or team management is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic field environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹4.90 LPA (based on profile & experience)
