Candidate shall be working closely with U.S based producers and Client Service Representatives to ensure timely, accurate & professional handling of all client and carrier-facing documentations. Role & responsibilities Commercial Submission Processing Review insurance submissions for completeness (ACORDs, loss runs, supplements). Enter client data into CRM (e.g., named insured, FEIN, class codes, payroll). Submit cases to designated carriers using portals or email as instructed. Log all submissions and communications into the CRM with appropriate time stamps. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Generate COIs using Empire-approved templates or carrier portals. Verify policy status, coverages, and additional insured endorsements. Email finalized certificates to CSR/producer and log issuance in CRM. Policy Changes & Endorsements Receive endorsement/amendment instructions from CSRs. Verify details and submit requests to carriers. Track status, log activity in CRM, and notify CSRs upon completion. Renewal Processing Monitor 90-day renewal timelines and track expiring accounts. Request quotes, update policy data, and prepare renewal comparisons. Coordinate remarketing efforts when needed. Loss Runs & Supplemental Documents Upload and label documents accurately (e.g., LossRuns_2019-2023). Flag missing years or gaps and notify the CSR. Perform loss pick analysis when required. Cold Calling Support Make 75 -100 calls daily to independent agencies (Trusted Choice database). Qualify leads, educate brokers about PEO services, and refer to U.S. Producers. Log call notes in CRM and send lead referral emails using approved templates. Required Skills Excellent written and spoken English communication Attention to detail and organizational accuracy Familiarity with CRM systems and document management Strong time management and task tracking Ability to follow SOPs and escalate unclear requests Desired profile a) Fluent in English to call U.S customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training & Development: Conduct structured induction training for newly recruited agents and business associates. Conduct pre-licensing training refresher to drive licensing funnel. Deliver product, sales, and soft skills training to enhance advisor performance. Ensure proper understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. 2. Onboarding & Engagement: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of newly recruited advisors. Conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce key learning. Support advisors with sales strategies and business development techniques. 3. Performance Support: Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to improve advisor activation. Identify training needs based on performance data and feedback from sales teams. Conduct role plays, case studies, and practical workshops to enhance selling skills. 4. Branch Collaboration & Reporting: Plan training activities for the month in accordance with the reporting manager (RTH). Work closely with Area Training Heads and Sales teams to drive training effectiveness. Maintain training records, attendance logs, and performance improvement reports. Internal Provide insights and recommendations to improve training programs. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience and at least 1 year of training experience in insurance, banking, or financial services. Experience in Agency channel is preferred. Freshers can apply if they hold an MBA from a reputed business school. Strong understanding of Agency Sales models, Life Insurance products, and Distribution Channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Local language fluency is preferred along with English. Ability to manage training programs independently and drive learning culture at the branch level. Preferred Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations. Ability to engage and motivate learners Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes (training will be provided). Basic analytical skills to assess training effectiveness. Self-motivated and result-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduation in any stream; Commerce graduates preferred. Experience: Minimum 12+ months of experience in data entry/backend operations within the healthcare domain, claims processing, or insurance backend processes, with a focus on quality assurance, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

Insurance Administration Claims Processing Should have worked in a large size manufacturing company – preferably a chemical one. Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and risk management principles.
