General Insurance executive

As an Insurance Advisor/Insurance Agent at our company in Kakkanad - Kochi, you will play a vital role in advising clients on insurance policies, selling insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on insurance policies based on their needs and financial situations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. - Sell new insurance policies and cross-sell additional products to existing clients. - Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy documentation to clients. - Assist clients with filing claims and provide guidance throughout the claims process. - Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings to review coverage and make adjustments as necessary. - Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the company's CRM system. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - Strong understanding of various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., Life and Health Insurance License) may be required. - Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2B sales or working with corporate clients. - Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance. - Familiarity with insurance software and CRM tools. - Multilingual abilities are a plus.
