Job Description

JD for Policy Issuance Executive:

Responsible for processing and issuing insurance policies by accurately reviewing customer applications,
Verifying information, calculating premiums, and generating policy documents,
Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timely delivery to the client;
Requiring strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and knowledge of insurance products and procedures.

JD for Policy Issuance Manager:

The Policy Issuance Manager is directly involved with day to day servicing of policyholders, claims assessment and administrative duties of the department.
Reviews and cancels insurance policies and notifies necessary departments of the policy cancellation.
Assists the Head of Department in overseeing the operational matters of the team.
Provides guidance to subordinates and suggests ways to improve work processes to achieve efficiency.

Tasks for Policy Issuance Manager:

Assist department head to oversee operational matters.
Develop and implement guidelines to ensure smooth running of the department.
Develop and prepare department performance reports.
Provide day-to-day servicing of policyholders.
Review existing processes for improvement.
