Instructional Designer\ LMS Administrator Experience: 1- 3 Years Educational Qualification: Any graduation with strong technical knowledge Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Online Academy Development Associate to work on the creation, implementation, and management of a comprehensive online academy. This role involves the development of online courses, ensuring high-quality educational content, and managing the overall user experience for learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning, instructional design, and project management, and a passion for education and technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Development: ○ Develop a strategic plan for the online academy, including the research and understanding of target audiences, and course offerings. ○ Collaborate with stakeholders to define the academy’s mission, vision, and goals. 2. Course Development and Management: ○ Creation and curation of high-quality online courses and educational materials. ○ Work with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. ○ Implement best practices in instructional design and e-learning methodologies. 3. Technology and Platform Management: ○ Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning technologies. ○ Ensure the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and scalable. ○ Coordinate with IT teams for platform maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. 4. Quality Assurance: ○ Establish and enforce quality standards for all educational content and delivery methods. ○ Regularly review and update course materials to maintain relevance and accuracy. ○ Gather and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve the learning experience. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ● Proven 1-3 years of experience in developing and managing online educational programs. ● Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. ● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. ● Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies. ● Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences.
