Job Description

As a Lead Learning Experience Designer (LXD), your role will involve leading, mentoring, and managing a team of LXDs and Sr. LXDs. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery. Collaboration with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal teams will be essential to gather inputs and align on objectives. Your key responsibilities will include driving content strategy, ensuring instructional alignment with business goals, and designing scalable learning solutions using various modalities like eLearning, video, and microlearning. It will be crucial to maintain adherence to brand guidelines, learning standards, and visual identity. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes across content development stages will be part of your routine tasks. Identifying and correcting errors related to structure, formatting, grammar, and instructional design will be critical to maintaining content excellence. Collaboration with teams to address quality issues, incorporate feedback, and address learning gaps with innovative solutions will be vital. Furthermore, your role will involve providing feedback, resolving issues, and improving processes through stakeholder collaboration. Showcasing subject-matter expertise when needed to support learning solution development and promoting continuous improvement to maintain a high standard for learner experience will also be significant aspects of your responsibilities.
