Job Description

Role Overview: As a Learning Experience Designer at KPMG in India, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning assets and experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning goals, develop curricula, and ensure quality control through rigorous reviews. Your role will also involve evaluating and updating existing training content, engaging with external learning partners, and implementing revisions to the organizational learning framework. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing learning assets and experiences across platforms such as classroom, blended, and self-paced learning. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning goals, develop curricula, define objectives, and design behavioral interventions. - Evaluating and updating existing training content to align with business needs and emerging technologies. - Ensuring quality control through rigorous reviews to maintain high instructional and grammatical standards. - Engaging with external learning partners for planning and executing vendor programs. - Implementing revisions to the organizational learning framework based on strategic business requirements. - Staying updated on current and upcoming trends in Learning & Development. Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of experience in instructional designing and curriculum design across different modalities. - Proficiency in Instructional Design models and methods, with exposure to Learning Experience Design and Human-Centered Design being advantageous. - Experience with Learning Experience Platforms and technology interventions in the learning space. - A post-graduate degree with specialization in HR and additional certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design. - Strong communication skills, executive presence, and relationship-building abilities. - The capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Self-motivation, autonomy, responsibility, and a track record of dependability. - Mentoring skills to guide junior team members and conduct detailed reviews. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in tech-enabled learning considered a plus.,
