In this role as an Instructional Design Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions to meet the business requirements and address skill gaps. You will also play a key role in managing organizational change and supporting the transition process, contributing to shaping the future workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze learning needs and prioritize skill gaps to develop learning and curriculum strategies aligned with business requirements. - Collaborate with clients to propose tailored learning solutions and build trusted advisory relationships. - Implement new and innovative learning strategies to adapt to evolving business priorities. - Define project processes, team structures, and workplans to ensure successful project execution. - Mentor and guide instructional designers and media/technology designers to create high-quality learning solutions. - Manage ecosystem partners to address learning needs when necessary. - Oversee budget, scope, timelines, and effort required for designing and developing learning solutions across multiple programs. - Monitor project performance, report progress to stakeholders, and contribute to organizational and practice initiatives. - Develop proposals for new work and establish client relationships to drive business development. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree required; Postgraduate degree preferable with a background in HR/Learning. - Professional Background: MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA, PMP certification desired. - Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology; 5+ years of experience managing corporate learning programs and large teams. - Skills: Expertise in agile learning projects, enterprise-wide technology transformation programs, leadership programs, and behavioral skilling programs; strong strategic business relationships; and innovative application of eLearning technologies. In this role, you will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning principles, and new technologies impacting various industries. Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication will be essential for success. Additionally, experience with rapid development tools and learning platforms will be advantageous.
