Ability to simplify complex business processes for end-user comprehension. Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or basic programming is a plus. Proficient in MS Office Suite, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production tools. Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of adult learning principles. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities. High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
