Job Description

  1. Data Validation

    • Validate data received from various stakeholders.
  2. Market Analysis

    • Identify, index, and review market potential of project sites at segment level (Geography and Key Accounts).
  3. Site Engagement

    • Conduct site inspections based on leads.
    • Make proposals including sampling to convert sites.
  4. Sales Execution

    • Negotiate, finalize, and execute site orders as per agreed proposals.
  5. Project Monitoring

    • Monitor project sites regularly.
    • Ensure essential services are provided with warranty.
  6. Market Development

    • Focus on key accounts, segments, geographies, and products to gain market share.
  7. Applicator Engagement

    • Encourage participation in loyalty benefit programs.
    • Add, upgrade, and retain applicators.
  8. Training & Awareness

    • Conduct product trainings for applicators.
    • Track lead conversion ratios.
  9. Reporting

    • Prepare and circulate relevant reports (e.g., index sheets) within defined timelines.
  10. Process Compliance

    • Follow applicable processes and documentation for site-level transactions.
  11. Account Reconciliation

    • Reconcile dealer accounts regularly.
    • Ensure smooth settlement of payments and outstanding dues.
  12. Cross-functional Integration

    • Collaborate with Retail, Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams for lead sharing and operational support.
  13. Performance Targets

    • Achieve overall value and volume targets.
    • Meet product and segment-level targets.
  14. Applicator Metrics

    • Drive addition, growth, and retention of target applicators.
  15. Payment Collection

    • Ensure high efficiency in payment collections.

Requirements

  • Mobility & Travel

    • Extensive travel to project sites.
    • Pan-India mobility; role is transferable.
  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  4. Strong track record in managing customer relationships.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  7. Age limit upto 32 Years
