Institutional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with

  corporate clients, gifting platforms, and institutional partners

• Drive lead generation

  , pitch presentations, and

  sales conversion

  for large orders and recurring B2B partnerships
• Identify seasonal gifting and co-branding opportunities with businesses, agencies, and event partners
• Handle

  end-to-end account management

  : onboarding → closing → delivery → feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to

  customise offerings

  for clients (packaging, messaging, branding, etc.)
• Monitor and optimise

  sales operations, pipelines, and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in

  institutional/corporate sales

  , ideally in

  FMCG, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

• Proven track record in B2B sales

  , lead generation, and client servicing
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to think creatively

  and customise offerings for premium clientele
• A self-starter who can

  work independently

  and take ownership
• Familiarity with

  corporate gifting, events, or brand activations

  is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
