Seeking an AGM – Institutional Sales to lead B2B and institutional channels for a reputed jewellery brand. Responsible for P&L, strategic planning, tendering, and team leadership. Key duties include driving revenue, onboarding corporates and government clients, managing tenders, ensuring OTIF delivery, and maintaining compliance. Candidates must have 10+ years’ experience in institutional sales, strong networks, and proven negotiation skills. MBA/PGDM preferred, with expertise in jewellery, bullion, or luxury sectors
