You will be working at Leefa Hygiene & Healthcare, a company that specializes in manufacturing, distributing, and supplying a variety of Tissue Paper products such as Kitchen Rolls, Tissue Napkins, Paper Towels, HRT Rolls, Toilet Paper Rolls, and Jumbo Tissue Rolls. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality products that cater to their requirements. As a full-time Sales Staff based in Bengaluru, your responsibilities will include generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing institutional accounts. Your role will also involve showcasing product offerings, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will encompass client visits, sales report preparation, and collaboration with the sales team to guarantee customer contentment. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service. You must be capable of working independently to achieve sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of the tissue paper industry and related products will be advantageous.
