Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, government agencies, and large healthcare institutions.
  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to support product sales, handle queries, and resolve issues.
  • Regularly visit institutions and stakeholders to build a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned institutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for the assigned territory.
  • Work with the marketing and product teams to create strategies for promoting products in institutional settings.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate sales contracts, tender submissions, and pricing with institutional clients in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts and agreements.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product positioning, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive in the institutional segment.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all dealings with institutional clients.
  • Work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tenders, and contracts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with medical representatives, product managers, and the supply chain team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and product availability in institutions.
  • Assist in the execution of product training and presentations for institutional customers.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of opportunity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,447.33 - ₹42,000.00 per month
