Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage institutional sales of customized vehicles such as buses, trucks, vans, and special purpose vehicles.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the institutional segment.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B Sales or OEM Sales with a focus on Institutional Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).
  • MBA/PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in Direct Sales or Business Development roles.
